installation service for your new bathroom, covering every aspect of the
complete process from start to finish.
Starting from the very moment you walk through the showroom door
...
We offer a
completely hassle-free no pressure environment, and actively invite you to
visit our showroom and take some time to sit down and discuss your needs
and ideas with us. Once we've made a few
basic assessments, we'll organise an appointment to come round and view
the bathroom, at a time that's convenient with you. This is a completely
free service to all our clients, and we are totally flexible, offering
day, evening and weekend appointments.

Step 1:
Identify your basic needs, then
arrange a mutually convenient appointment to come and visit the
property. |

Step 2:
Either Danny, or Gavin will come and visit you, discuss your ideas,
and survey your bathroom. This is our opportunity to look at your water
system and your drainage, and to ascertain what is feasible and
practical. We tend to like to try and keep things simple (but remember,
simple doesn't mean boring!) as we find that this usually works best,
but we are open to all ideas and suggestions, and if it's possible, then
we'll do it.

Having extensive knowledge of a wide range of products, we feel we
are in a good position to offer advice, options and compromises where
necessary thus providing the full tailor-made bespoke scheme. |

Step 3:
Once you've decided on your layout and products, a
labour quote will be provided for you. This is a detailed list that we
can either add to, or remove from, and will start to give you a guide
to how much the overall bathroom is going to cost. Pop into the shop
and see a planned drawing of your bathroom, to help us guide you
through the products that we think will suit your bathroom and water
system best. |

A goods list can now be created,
taking you a step closer to the bathroom of your dreams! |

Step 5:
Once the labour and goods quotes
have been agreed on, a date can be put in the diary to commence works.
On certain occasions a 2nd visit to the property maybe required once
the goods quote has been made. We have a saying at Master Bathrooms:
"measure twice, cut once!" |

| |
Step 6:
Once a date is agreed, we will then
draw up a payment plan for you. This is made on a deposit basis for
both the goods and labour. We ask for the balance of the goods upon
delivery and inspection, and stage payments on the labour, with the
final balance due on completion and satisfaction. A deposit is usually
taken up to a month in advance, allowing us to place orders in plenty
of time. |

Step 7:
Works can now begin on the
designated date. An average bathroom takes approximately 2 weeks to
complete. We provide you with a full works schedule that details the
name of which trade (ie tiler, plaster etc) is due on which particular
day, and what day they are scheduled to finish. |

Step 8:
Once works are completed, we take
great pleasure in showing you how everything works! |
|

|
|
| |
Step 9:
More often than not a small
snagging list arises. Fear not! This is never a problem as naturally
we want your bathroom to be perfect, and never expect final payment
until you are 100% satisfied. |

Step 10:
Relax and enjoy your brand new Master
